Gayk, Agner named Bulldogs of the Week
PERKINSTON — Paul Gayk and K.K. Agner have been named Bulldogs of the Week for Feb. 7-13.
Gayk, a freshman from Muelheim an der Ruhr, Germany, won all eight of his matches in a 4-0 week for No. 15 Gulf Coast. He won four No. 1 singles matches, three No. 2 doubles matches and a No. 1 doubles match.
Agner, a sophomore infielder from Horn Lake, went 6-for-6 with three home runs, a double, five RBI and five runs scored in Gulf Coast's doubleheader at Coastal Alabama-South. She walked twice to reach base every trip to the plate on the day.

Bayley Askin, a freshman from St. Martin, won seven of her eight matches in a 2-2 week for Gulf Coast. She helped lead the Bulldogs to wins in both MACCC contests and won four No. 3 singles and three No. 3 doubles matches.
