David Lee

Under the tutelage of coach Charles Cooper, Lee helped the 1990 golf team to a Mississippi Association of Junior and Community Colleges and National Junior College Athletic Association Region 23 championship and a fifth-place finish at the NJCAA National Tournament in Scottsdale, Arizona. It was the first time since the program began in 1975 that the entire Bulldog golf team qualified for the national event, where Lee earned Third-Team All-American honors. Later, he won countless state and regional amateur tournaments before turning pro. Today, he is the head golf professional at Windance Country Club in Gulfport.
