PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast is 18th in the latest NJCAA Division II Baseball Rankings, which were released today.
The Bulldogs (16-4, 0-2 MACJC) were beaten twice in their only action last week by Itawamba, which moved from No. 8 to No. 5.
Gulf Coast returns to action Wednesday when Copiah-Lincoln (11-4, 0-2) visits Ken "Curly" Farris Field. First pitch in the doubleheader is at 3 p.m.
Other MACJC teams in the poll are No. 3 Jones County, No. 13 East Central, No. 14 Pearl River and No. 19 Meridian.
