Lady Bulldogs fall at Meridian

Gulf Coast lost 8-1 at Meridian in women's tennis play Friday.

Margarita Lopareva (So., Moscow Russia/School No. 1101) defeated Kennedy Rodriguez 6-2, 6-1 to pick up the Lady Bulldogs' sole point.

The Gulf Coast women are right back in action Saturday morning when Itawamba visits the MGCCC Tennis Complex. The first serves have been moved up to 11 a.m. to beat potential showers.
