2020 MGCCC Game Day Operational Guidelines

MGCCC Athletics’ priority has and always will be to maximize opportunities to attend events to as many fans and supporters of the college as possible while maintaining a safe environment for our student-athletes, fans, and employees:

  1. Capacity

    • 1,550 reduced capacity
      • 950 home side (general admission seating)
      • 300 visitor side (visitor and general admission seating)
      • 150 additional in endzone (band seating)
      • 150 additional on home side (student seating)
  2. Stadium entrance

    • Gates will open to general public one (1) hour prior to kick-off (6:00 P.M.).
    • South Home Gate (nearest Campus Police) will be open for admittance for all electronic tickets and on-site ticket sales (if available).
    • North Home Gate (nearest Athletic Performance Facility) will admit only 2020-2021 MACCC pass holders. No passes, other than 2020-2021 MACCC passes, will be accepted at the pass gate. 2020-2021 MACCC passes will be accepted until capacity has been met. In the event of a sell-out, MGCCC athletics cannot guarantee admission with a MACCC pass.
    • One entrance for visitor side (visitor entrance).
    • Markers and signage will be on display at the stadium in an effort to encourage all individuals to follow proper physical distancing protocols.
    • Hand-sanitizing stations will be available upon entry.
    • Face coverings will be required at all times.
    • Visiting team will unload equipment and team at the regular visiting team entrance gate on the home side.
  3. King Center Access

    • Access to the King Center will be limited to essential personnel only in order to safely social distance in all areas (locker room, training room, press box, suites). Proper credentials must be displayed for entry.
    • Face coverings are required inside the King Center at all times.
    • Only two (2) people at a time will be allowed on the elevator.
    • Due to the limited elevator capacity, those who are able are encouraged to enter at the South stadium side concourse.
  1. Parking

    • Parking signage, detailing areas available for parking, will be on display throughout the Perkinston campus.
    • Directional signage for pedestrian and traffic flow will be on display throughout the Perkinston Campus.
  2. Tickets

    • Mobile ticketing utilizing HomeTown Ticketing will be used. Go to mgcccbulldogs.com/tickets
    • Complimentary tickets to guests, students, employees, and all other visitors will be limited due to state-mandated capacity regulations.
    • The pass gate entrance will be closed during the 2020 fall season due to limited stadium seating.
    • Chair back sales – First priority for chairback seats will be given to Bulldog Club. Members who have purchased chairback seats in previous years.
    • Seats will be available online and in-person until capacity is met.
    • Cashless transactions are encouraged.
    • Queued lines at all gates, concession stands, and merchandise locations, following physical-distance guidelines with markers placed throughout the venue and strictly enforced.
    • Bulldog Club members and Dog Pound members will be given first priority to obtain tickets.

 

Ticket Priority Timeline for December 5 Game (MACCC Championship)

Bulldog Club members, Alumni Foundation members, & General Admission (900 Tickets)

  1. November 23 – Ticket Reservation Plan will be distributed via social media (email notification will go out to all employees, BDC members, and Alumni Foundation members to include instructions on how to join the BDC).
  2. November 23 at 12:01 a.m. – Priority window for BDC members ticket sales begins (Reminder email will be sent to BDC members only and will include a priority code).
  3. November 25 at 11:59 p.m. – Bulldog Club priority window closes.
  4. November 26 at 12:01 a.m. – All general admission, employee and student tickets go on sale.

Dog Pound Members & General Student Population (150 Tickets)

  1. November 23 – Ticket Reservation Plan email notification will go out to all students to include instructions to join the Dog Pound
  2. November 23 at 12:01 a.m. – Priority window for Dog Pound members ticket reservation begins (Reminder email will be sent to Dog Pound members)
  3. November 25 at 11:59 p.m. – Dog Pound priority window closes.
  4. November 26 at 12:01 a.m. – Dog Pound members priority window closes, and General Student Population Ticket reservations begin

General Admission – Visitor’s Side (140 Tickets)

  1. November 26 at 12:01 a.m. – Visitor’s Side General Admission Ticket sales begin.
  2. Priority ticket sales will not be offered for general admission to the visitor’s side bleachers. Visitor’s side tickets will be available to both home and visiting fans on a first-come, first-served basis.  Note: The Ticket Priority Timeline will be updated for each home game.
