Bulldogs Tennis won’t travel to Montgomery

PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast's tennis season will officially start with first serves Tuesday after a weekend trip was called off.

The Bulldogs women's and men's teams were scheduled to play Coastal Alabama-South and Huntingdon College on Saturday, but a poor weather outlook forced the change.

Gulf Coast and Coastal Alabama-South will look to make the matches up later in the season. The matches against Huntingdon will not be made up.

The Bulldogs will entertain Itawamba at the MGCCC Tennis Complex on Tuesday. It will be the first regular-season match and the MACCC opener.
