Bulldogs can clinch MACCC berth with win

PERKINSTON — The Mississippi Gulf Coast men can clinch a berth in the MACCC Tournament with a win Monday on Sophomore Night.

Tipoff against Copiah-Lincoln is set for 6 pm. at the Weathers-Wentzell Center. The game will be streamed at https://livestream.com/mgcccbulldogs/events/10165796.

  • MGCCC lost a heartbreaker in Summit on Thursday when Southwest Mississippi hit a shot-clock buzzer-beating 3-pointer in the final seconds to win 74-71.
  • Co-Lin lost 88-72 against Meridian on Thursday in Wesson.

Previous Meeting

Gulf Coast beat Copiah-lincoln 74-58 on March 1, 2021, to split the season series with the Wolves. Anthony Ratliff had 20 points and 14 rebounds for the Bulldogs.
