PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast kicks off a busy week at Ross-Smith Field with a midweek doubleheader against Shelton State.
The Bulldogs entertain the Bucs starting at 1 p.m. Buy your tickets ahead of time to save money. It costs $7 for adults or $5 for youth online, or $10 and $7 at the gate. Tickets are available at http://mgcccbulldogs.com/tickets, and the game will be streamed at https://mgcccbulldogs.com/watch.

- MGCCC went 2-2 in the JUCO Classic tournament in Vicksburg over the weekend, beating St. Charles and Coastal Alabama-North and losing to top-10 teams Kirkwood and Parkland.
- Shelton State went 2-2 at the JUCO Softball Extravaganza in Oxford, Ala., over the weekend, beating Chattanooga State, Snow and Three Rivers and losing to Walters State.
