73 Bulldogs named to NJCAA All-Academic teams

PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast finished in the top 25 of more than 400 community colleges in total number of awardees in the NJCAA All-Academic Student-Athlete Awards in 2023-24.

Gulf Coast ranked 23rd and had the third-highest number among MACCC schools.

There were 23 Bulldogs named to the First Team, requiring a perfect 4.0 GPA. There were 23 on the Second Team (3.80-3.99) and 27 on the Third Team (3.60-3.79).
