Bulldogs ranked 18th in national tennis poll
PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast is ranked 18th in the first Oracle/ITA NJCAA Men's National Team Rankings.
The Bulldogs were the highest-ranked MACJC team in last season's final poll, finishing 16th. That mirrored their finish at the NJCAA Division I National Championship, also the highest among MACJC squads.
There were six other teams from the state in the poll released Thursday: Meridian (11th), Copiah-Lincoln (17th,) Jones County (19th), East Central (22nd), Hinds (24th) and Itawamba (25th).
