MGCCC tennis teams stay in top 25
PERKINSTON — Both Mississippi Gulf Coast tennis teams remained among the top 25 teams in the country in the latest Oracle/ITA Collegiate Tennis Rankings.
The men's team (6-3, 5-1 MACJC) jumped four spots to No. 14. The Bulldogs are one spot behind Meridian and one ahead of Jones County. East Central (17th), Copiah-Lincoln (19th), Itawamba (21st) and Hinds (24th) are the other Mississippi schools in the top 25.
The women's team (6-3, 5-1 MACJC) fell one to No. 21. The Lady Bulldogs are one behind Meridian. Jones County (23rd) and Copiah-Lincoln (25th) are the other MACJC teams in the rankings.
Gulf Coast gets back into action March 23, traveling to Faulkner State.
