Bulldogs hit road for makeup game

PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast had an open night on it schedule Thursday, but the women's basketball team will get a second game this week playing a rescheduled contest at Mississippi Delta.

The Bulldogs tip off at 3 p.m. in Moorhead. The game will be streamed at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCm5e4ZsFm6LYxdPcUJ6pLlQ.

The contest was postponed earlier this season because of the Trojans' health-and-safety concerns.

  • MGCCC lost 68-61 to Meridian on Monday at Perkinston.

Gulf Coast beat Delta 60-48 in the Lady Rangers Classic in Senatobia on Nov. 15, 2019. Ataliya Brown made all 12 free-throw attempts and finished with 19 points.
