
No. 21 MGCCC women win 12th straight
No. 21 Mississippi Gulf Coast won its 12th straight women's tennis match Monday at No. 23 Jones County, and for the ninth time in that streak they didn't lose a match.
The 9-0 win improves the Lady Bulldogs to 14-3 overall and 11-1 in MACJC play.
Gulf Coast plays its last regular-season match Wednesday when they travel to Hinds. Matches at Raymond start at 2 p.m.
Bianca Buie remains unbeaten in singles matches this spring after winning her 18th straight.
The MACJC/Region 23 Championship will be held April 19-22 at the MGCCC Tennis Complex.
