No. 15 Bulldogs win 26th straight

No. 15 Mississippi Gulf Coast waltzed to its 26th straight win against MACCC opposition Tuesday, blanking Holmes 9-0 in Goodman.

The Bulldogs have won their last four matches by that score, and they've only dropped two courts in six conference matches this season.

They are 7-0 overall.

Gulf Coast shuffled its doubles lineup, putting its depth on full display. The three teams still only dropped four games in three sets.

Clay Fudge (So., Madison/Madison Central) moved up to No. 2 doubles and won easily, and Pedro Molero (So., Maracaibo, Venezuela/U.E. Instituto Americano Joseph John Thomson) double-bageled his opponent at No. 3 singles.

Gulf Coast faces its sternest test Friday when Jones visits. First serves are set for 2 p.m.
