PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast starts a stretch of six home doubleheaders out of seven Saturday when Mississippi Delta visits Ken "Curly" Farris Field.

- MGCCC swept at Copiah-Lincoln on Wednesday, winning 15-3 in seven innings and 7-3. Brandon Parker (So., West Harrison/Saucier), Cullan O'Shea (So., Mary G. Montgomery/Mobile Ala.) and Miller Hancock (So., East Webster/Maben) had three hits each.
- Delta lost a pair of games Wednesday at Northeast, falling 16-1 in five innings and 6-5. Jatavis Melton went 3-for-6 with a double on the day.

The Bulldogs swept the doubleheader at Moorhead on April 8, 2018, winning 15-4 in seven innings and 15-5 in six. Parker hit for the cycle in the first game and finished with 10 RBI.
