Steede grabs MACCC honor
PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast's Skyler Steede stopped everything she saw in the Bulldogs' final regular-season game, and she picked up an award as a result.
She stopped four shots in 110 minutes of a scoreless draw against Pearl River, which has earned her MACCC Keeper of the Week.
The award was voted on by the conference's sports information directors.
Steede earned the award for the second time this season.
