Mississippi Gulf Coast finished its trip to the Lone Star State on Sunday by thrashing the Texas College JV team 6-0 in Tyler.
Jordan Hall (So, Manchester, England/Royton and Crompton) had four goals to lead the onslaught for the Bulldogs (1-1). Mathew Edwards (So, Pass Christian/Pass Christian) and Brayan Resendiz (Fr, Horn Lake/Horn Lake) also scored for Gulf Coast.
Mariano Rodriguez (Fr, Biloxi/Biloxi), Max Johnson (Fr, Rugby, England/Harris Church of England Academy) and Hall had assists.
Texas College is an NAIA Division I school in Tyler.
The Bulldogs open MACJC play Friday when they travel to Jones County. The home opener is Sept. 5 against Pearl River.
