Hall wins MACJC Player of the Week
PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast's Jordan Hall has been named MACJC Offensive Player of the Week for the Bulldogs' first three games of the season.
The sophomore from Manchester, England, had six goals and an assist as Gulf Coast went 2-1 to start its season.
Hall had four goals in a 6-0 rout of the Texas College JV (NAIA) and two goals and an assist in a 5-0 defeat of Jones County to open MACJC South play.
He was named First Team All-American by National Soccer Coaches Association of America as a freshman and was a Second-team All-American in NJCAA voting.
Gulf Coast returns to action Saturday when the Bulldogs travel to Southwest for another division contest. Kickoff is scheduled for 3 p.m. in Summit.
