Meet the Teams canceled
PERKINSTON — Meet the Teams, scheduled for Tuesday, has been canceled because of the upheaval caused by Hurricane Ida's passage.
The Mississippi Gulf Coast football team will kick off its season Thursday with a trip to Goodman to play Holmes. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m.
The men's soccer team plays Friday at Itawamba, with the women's soccer team off until next week.
