MGCCC women thrash Hinds

PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast crushed Hinds 8-1 in a women's tennis match Thursday at the MGCCC Tennis Complex.

The Lady Bulldogs improved to 3-2 overall and 2-1 in the MACJC.

They dropped only eight games in sweeping the doubles matches. Gulf Coast's only loss in singles came in a tiebreaker.

MGCCC returns to action Saturday when Eastern Florida State visits Perkinston. Matches start at 9 a.m.
