No. 21 MGCCC women win 9-0 again

No. 21 Mississippi Gulf Coast defeated Northwest 9-0 Tuesday, extending its winning streak to eight.

The Lady Bulldogs (10-3, 3-1) have won seven of those without a dropping a match.

Paulina Estrada (So, San Luis, Mexico/Colegio Del Bosque) and Bianca Buie (Fr, Baia Mare, Romania/Gheorghe Sincai National High School) won No. 1 doubles without dropping a game. Estrada, Buie and Jillianne Craft (Fr, Gulfport/St. Patrick) won their singles matches 6-0, 6-0.

Gulf Coast plays Thursday at Copiah-Lincoln. Matches in Wesson start at 1:30 p.m.
