White, Oney named MGCCC Student-Athletes of the Week
PERKINSTON — Daphane White and Keevon Oney have been named MGCCC Student-Athletes of the Week for Jan. 21-27
White, a freshman from St. Martin, averaged 11 points and seven rebounds in a pair of games for the Lady Bulldogs.
Oney, a sophomore guard from Gulfport, averaged 13.0 points while shooting 57.9 percent from the floor for Gulf Coast last week. He also was a perfect 4-for-4 from the free throw line.
