Hunt named MACJC Player of the Week
PERKINSTON — Mason Hunt has been named MACJC Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance in a 56-7 victory at Southwest
Hunt, a sophomore kicker/punter from Stone High, was perfect on eight PAT attempts and averaged 40.7 yards on three punts. He also averaged 54.8 yards on nine kickoffs.
It's the second time this season he's won the honor, and third time in his career. Hunt won the NJCAA weekly award last year, and he'll be eligible again this week
