Mississippi Gulf Coast lost 83-70 at No. 1 Northwest Florida State on Sunday in Niceville, the Bulldogs' first loss of the season.
Gulf Coast was led by 16 points from Jabarie Robinson (Fr., Raymond/Raymond), who also had four assists.
JaVon Anderson (So., Columbia S.C./Ridge View) added 11 points, and Donovan Sanders (So., Walls/Lake Cormorant) had 10 points and five assists.
Anthony Robinson (Fr., Long Beach/Long Beach) and Darius Dawson (So., Sumter S.C./West Florence) had a team-high six rebounds for Gulf Coast (2-1).
NWFS is now 4-0, having beaten Copiah-Lincoln by three points in overtime Friday and Pearl River by 16 on Saturday.
Gulf Coast travels to LSU-Eunice on Wednesday. Tipoff will be at 6 p.m.
