No. 14 MGCCC beats No. 21 Hinds

No. 14 Mississippi Gulf Coast doubled up No. 21 Hinds in men's tennis action Tuesday, winning 6-3 at Raymond.

Paul Gayk (So., Muelheim an der Ruhr, Germany/Berufskolleg Lehnerstrasse) and Owen Stice (Fr., Atlanta, Ga./Laurel Springs) teamed to win No. 1 doubles 8-2, and both won their top singles matches in straight sets.

Triston Hill (Fr., Perkinston/Stone) got points at No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles.

Gulf Coast (7-1, 5-1 MACCC) will be back at the MGCCC Tennis Complex on Thursday for more conference action. First serves against Holmes are scheduled for 2 p.m.
