No. 15 Lady Bulldogs fall to No. 22 JCJC

PERKINSTON — No. 15 Mississippi Gulf Coast dropped all three of its doubles matches against No. 22 Jones County and couldn't recover, losing 5-4 at the MGCCC Tennis Complex.

Margarita Lopareva (Fr, Moscow, Russia/School No. 1101) won her No. 2 singles match, Tierney Holmes (Fr, Greenwood/Greenwood) won at No. 4, Jenna Lyons and No. 5 and Jillianne Craft (So, Gulfport/St. Patrick) at No. 6.

It's the first loss of the season for the Lady Bulldogs (6-1). They return to action after spring break when they play Cowley County at Meridian.
