
Gulf Coast back on the hardwood Thursday
PERKINSTON – Mississippi Gulf Coast will look to push its record to 3-0 Thursday when the William Carey JV visits the Weathers/Wentzell Center again.
The Bulldogs blasted the Crusaders 105-66 last week in their season-opener. Davion Cole-Johnson had a team-high 17 points for Gulf Coast.
William Carey is still looking for its first victory of the season, having played two other MACJC teams. Southwest defeated William Carey 91-83 and Pearl River won 82-70.
Gulf Coast downed Bishop State 74-68 on Monday in Perkinston, led by Anfernee Hampton's 20 points.
Tipoff is at 7 p.m.
