Women’s Soccer closes home schedule with huge game

PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast's final home women's soccer game of the season is probably the biggest.

The Bulldogs face No. 16 Itawamba at Bary Thrash Field on Tuesday. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. Tickets are available at http://mgcccbulldogs.com/tickets, and the game will be streamed at https://mgcccbulldogs.com/watch.

Gulf Coast is in seventh place in the MACCC, the final spot that will qualify for the postseason. Itawamba is in fifth, having played one less game after getting a bonus open day Friday when its game against Hinds was rescheduled for Wednesday. The Indians haven't played since Oct. 6

They are two of five teams batting for the final four playoff spots.
