Watson will play in All-Star Game
PERKINSTON – Mississippi Gulf Coast sophomore guard Markeisha Watson will play for the South in the upcoming MACJC All-Star Women's Basketball Game.
The 5-foot-9 shooting guard from Pascagoula averaged 14.8 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game. She was named to the All-MACJC South Division Second Team by the state's coaches.
The All-Star Game will be played April 15 at East Central Community College. Tipoff is set for 5 p.m. the game will be streamed online.
