Mississippi Gulf Coast remained winless in 2018 Friday, falling 5-3 at Jones County in Ellisville.
Matt Roberts (Fr., Portsmouth England/Portsmouth Grammar School) scored twice and C.J. Smith had the other. The teams were tied at 2 at halftime.
The Bulldogs fall to 0-4.
The game against the Bobcats (3-0) had originally been scheduled to be played at Perkinston, but wet field conditions forced the teams to swap home and away dates.
Gulf Coast returns to action Tuesday with a Region 23 game at LSU Eunice, a new women's soccer program. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m.
Gulf Coast's next home game is Friday when Southwest visits Bary Thrash Field for a 7 p.m. kickoff.
