Mississippi Gulf Coast got the first goal Saturday at LSU Eunice, but the Bulldogs eventually fell 4-1 in Lafayette, La.
Peyton Younger (Fr., Gulfport/West Harrison) scored early for the Bulldogs (3-6), but the Bengals (4-1-2) equalized before the break.
LSU-E got three unanswered goals after halftime to pull away.
The teams have split their two regular-season meeting in the Bengals' first season of play.
Gulf Coast returns to action Tuesday when Hinds visits for a non-division matchup. Kickoff at Bary Thrash Field is set for 7 p.m.
