Mississippi Gulf Coast lost 3-0 to archrival Pearl River in Poplarville on Tuesday night.
The Bulldogs (4-8, 1-4 MACJC South) gave up a first-minute penalty kick, and PRCC (9-2, 4-1) added another goal in the 38th minute. The third goal came with 27 minutes left.
Gulf Coast returns to Perkinston to play Meridian on Friday. Kickoff at Bary Thrash Field is scheduled for 7 p.m., and the game will be streamed at https://livestream.com/MGCCCBulldogs/events/8396765.
