Neko Worthy and Jasintho Wielders are on the Honorable Mention list.

Gulf Coast is 12-2-5 and preparing to leave Saturday for Huntsville, Ala. The Bulldogs earned an at-large spot in the 12-team national championship.

David Ruiz Ospina, First Team

Ruiz Ospina, a sophomore keeper from Manizales, Colombia, is the First Team keeper on the All-MACCC team for the second year. He is 12-2-5 with a 0.96 goals-against average.

His goals-against average is the third-best in the conference, and his five shutouts are one off the league lead. Ruiz Ospina's passing ability was unparalleled among conference keepers, and he earned MACCC Keeper of the Week three times this season.

Alexander Mink, First Team

Mink, a freshman defender from Long Beach, played mostly center back and has helped Gulf Coast to a tie for the stingiest defense in the league. The Bulldogs have allowed only 1.00 goals per game.

Mink had the late game-winning goal against Jones in the opening game of the season and has three goals and three assists.

Victor Moerck, First Team

Moerck, a sophomore forward from Vaerlose, Denmark, leads the Bulldogs with 14 goals and seven assists. He is the third-leading scorer in the MACCC and tied for sixth in assists.

Moerck earned a spot on the All-MACCC Second Team as a freshman. This year, he had a hat trick against Northwest Mississippi and two-goal games against Meridian and East Mississippi.

Nygel Jobe, Second Team

Jobe, a crafty sophomore midfielder from Brandon, is also a two-time All-MACCC honoree. He earned Honorable Mention last year, and this year has two goals and four assists.

Jobe had goals against Heartland and Northwest Mississippi.

Neko Worthy, Honorable Mention

Worthy, a freshman from St. Martin, played left back for most of the season. He helped anchor the Bulldogs defense, which has given up only one goal per game.

Worthy had a goal in a win at East Central and has two assists, including one on the Bulldogs' goal in a 1-1 tie with Pearl River in the NJCAA Gulf South District semifinals.

Jasintho Wielders, Honorable Mention

Wielders, a freshman midfielder from Krimpen aan den Ijssel, Netherlands, has four goals and five assists for the Bulldogs. He had both goals in Gulf Coast's 2-2 tie with Pearl River on Oct. 11.

Wielders had a three-assist game in a win at East Mississippi, which followed a two-assist day in a 3-0 win at Holmes.
