Gulf Coast opens MACJC South play

PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast tries to get the MACJC South campaign off on the right foot in the last game before the Christmas break Monday.

East Central visits the Weathers-Wentzell Center for a game scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. The game will be streamed at https://livestream.com/MGCCCBulldogs/events/8923145.

The Bulldogs will be trying to close out the 2019 portion of their schedule undefeated.

Last Time Out

• MGCCC went to New Orleans last Monday and beat Delgado 76-59. Justin Minter led the Bulldogs with 15 points.
• ECCC lost its second straight game in a 90-77 defeat to East Mississippi in Decatur on Thursday.

Previous Meeting

Gulf Coast closed out a season sweep by beating East Central 72-65 at Decatur on Jan. 31, 2019. LaRaymond Spivery led the Bulldogs with 22 points.
