Bulldogs try to beat Wolves on the road

PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast finds itself back in a tie for second place in the MACJC South headed to Copiah-Lincoln on Monday.

Tipoff in Wesson is set for 7:30 p.m., and the game will be streamed at https://www.colinathletics.com/general/live_stream.

Gulf Coast is tied with Jones and Southwest, one game ahead of Hinds. The top four teams qualify for the postseason.

It's the third straight road game for the Bulldogs, who have played five of the last six away from Perk.

  • MGCCC lost to East Central 88-69 in Decatur on Thursday.

Gulf Coast never trailed in a 63-61 win over the Wolves on Jan. 9 in Perkinston. D'yasmond Booker had 18 points and 11 rebounds.
