Barry named All-MACCC again
PERKINSTON — For the second straight season, Mississippi Gulf Coast's Jabbari Barry has earned a spot on the All-MACCC.
The 6-foot-1 guard from Lake Charles, La., was named to the Second Team after voting by the coaches. He averaged 16.0 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.8 assists, helping lead the Bulldogs to the postseason for the second straight season. He shot 39.0 percent from the 3-point line while leading the MACCC in 3-pointers made.
Barry's 17.5 points per conference game were the sixth-best in the MACCC. He scored in double digits 23 times, including eight times with 20-plus points. His season high of 28 came in a 72-67 win over East Mississippi
