Bulldogs blank Bears
PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast demolished Southwest Mississippi in women's tennis action, sweeping all nine courts.
The Bulldogs (8-1, 7-1 MACCC) dropped just five games all afternoon at the MGCCC Tennis Complex.
Krissy Georgieva (So., Epsom and Ewell High School/Sutton England), Ally Bowen (Fr., Oxford/Lafayette County) and Kasey Kent (Fr., Ridgeland/Ridgeland) didn't drop a single game in their doubles and singles matches.
Gulf Coast gets back on the court Friday with a doubleheader at Meridian. The Bulldogs play the Eagles at 10 a.m., then play Wallace State at 1 p.m.
