
MACJC-high 70 MGCCC student-athletes win NJCAA academic awards
PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast had an MACJC-high 70 players earn NJCAA Academic Student-Athlete Awards, including 24 who had perfect 4.0 grade-point averages.
Gulf Coast ranked eighth nationally in total awardees. The MGCCC Athletic Department's efforts in the classroom are overseen by Athletic Academic Advisor Julie Gallup.
