Mississippi Gulf Coast's James Redmond scored two more goals against East Central on Tuesday, leading the Bulldogs to a 4-0 in Decatur.
Redmond (Fr., Oberschule Roter Sand/Bremen, Germany) had scored four goals in the first meeting between the teams, a 7-2 Gulf Coast win in the season-opener.
He scored first and last on Tuesday, with Cisco Thomas (So., Meadowvale Secondary/Mississauga, Ontario) and Cody Pierce (Fr., Ocean Springs/Ocean Springs) netting the goals in between.
Christian Inchima (Fr., St. Edmond Campion/Brampton Ontario), Peyton Younger (So., West Harrison/Gulfport), Dillon Gross (Fr., West Harrison/Gulfport) and Thomas picked up assists.
The Bulldogs (8-3) won all five of their non-division games between the two halves of South play. They are tied for second in the division with four games left.
Gulf Coast returns to action after a week off on Oct. 1 when Jones visits. Kickoff at Bary Thrash Field is scheduled for 7 p.m.
