Gore grabs fifth MACJC award
PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast's Isaiah Gore has won the MACJC Keeper of the Week award for the second time in a row and fifth time this season.
Gore, a freshman from Laurel, stopped all eight shots in a 1-0 MACJC semifinal win over Pearl River. He stopped five of seven shots in a 2-2 tie against Jones that saw Jones advance on penalties.
The Bulldogs finished the season as MACJC runners-up with a 13-6-1 record.
