Jackson named Bulldog of the Week

PERKINSTON — Dom Jackson has been named Bulldog of the Week for Jan. 20-26.

Jackson, a sophomore outfielder from Gulf Breeze, Fla., went 3-for-7 in the season-opening sweep of Florida Post-Grad. He had a double and a triple and one RBI.

Also nominated:

James Vines, a freshman from Clinton, La., pitched two hitless innings and struck out four in Gulf Coast's win over Florida Post-Grad.
