Mississippi Gulf Coast dropped an MACCC baseball doubleheader to No. 2 Pearl River on Tuesday, losing 13-3 in seven innings and 12-2 in five.
In the first game, Jordan Davis (Fr, Neshoba/Neshoba Central) had a pair of RBI.
In the second game, Keondre Fields (So, Nesbit/Magnolia Heights) and Kaden Irving (So, Gautier/Gautier) homered for the Bulldogs.
Gulf Coast (30-16, 12-8 MACCC) will travel to play Coahoma on Friday. First pitch in Clarksdale is scheduled for noon.
