Women’s Basketball tips off Nov. 3
PERKINSTON — Coach Hope Adams and her Mississippi Gulf Coast women's basketball team will tip off the 2023-24 season on Nov. 3 with a the first of two days of play at the Tallahassee Classic.
The Bulldogs will open against Indian River, which finished last season ranked No. 17.
The first full season in Dantzler Arena will start Nov. 9 when defending Region 23 champion Jones visits. It's the first of 14 dates for the women's basketball team at Perk. Season passes are on sale now at http://mgcccbulldogs.com/tickets and include three additional men's-only dates.
General admission passes cost $50 for adults and $40 for youth (ages 13-18).
The MACCC schedule begins Jan. 9 when Southwest Mississippi visits Perkinston for the first of seven conference doubleheaders at Dantzler Arena.
The Bulldogs went 17-6 last year and advanced to the Region 23 semifinals.
